ESTEVAN — The Estevan Police Service is advising the public of training Jan. 30 that will result in an increased police presence.
The EPS says the Joint Tactical Support Team, which features members of the Estevan and Weyburn Police Services, will conduct training exercises south of Valley Street from 8 a.m.-noon.
Signage will be in place and loud noises might occur during the training. The EPS says there is no risk to the public, but people are asked to avoid the area and obey all traffic control devices present.
