Music for the Mind

Enjoy an evening of fundraising, food, and entertainment in support of the YMCA. We are excited to share that The Garage Band will be performing at Music for the Mind on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Conexus Arts Centre. The Garage Band is a group of local leaders who support community charities by raising awareness and resources for critical community needs. Music for the Mind will support youth in Regina and Moose Jaw by inspiring their wellness and potential.
