A doctor, who used to practice in Regina, has been found guilty of 10 charges by the province’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Jordan Velestuk, now a doctor at a family practice in Moosomin, was fined $15,000 plus another $20,000 to cover legal costs.
