One dead more injured after shooting in Ottawa Wednesday morning
UPDATE – Ottawa Police say one person was killed and three seriously injured in a shooting in a central part of the city. Acting Inspector Francois D’Aoust says police believe the shooting was targeted and there was no active gunman. Police are looking for a suspect.
