Sask. Stock Growers outline farm drought survival plan
The Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association has sent a drought survival plan to the federal and provincial governments. Stock Growers President Kelcy Elford says producers need immediate government action to ensure cattle producers have sufficient feed and water during the drought.
