Woman receiving ticket for violating public health order in Regina has tested positive for COVID19

Regina Police say the 23-year-old woman who was issued a $2800 ticket for not complying with a public health order to self-isolate during the COVID19 pandemic on Monday has tested positive for COVID-19.

Police say the information is being  released after a discussion with Saskatchewan Public Health.

The name of the woman is not being released.
