  • All Time Head to Head. Saturday will be 254th matchup between the Roughriders and Blue Bombers, with Winnipeg leading the series 142-107-4.
  • Home Field Advantage. The Bombers also the Labour Day rematch series 11-7 with Winnipeg winning the last three contests.
  • Looking for a Sweep. The Roughriders will be looking to sweep the Labour Day home and home set with the Blue Bombers for the 8th time. Winnipeg has swept the series four times, with the two teams have split their series on seven occasions.
  • First Strike Success. The team that has scored first in the Labour Day rematch has won 67% of the matchups (12 out of 18)
  • History Making Win. Last week was the first time the Roughriders defeated the Blue Bombers in overtime. Winnipeg has picked up three OT wins over Saskatchewan.
