Some plans for the Frost Regina winter festival have had to be moved or cancelled Sunday due to the extreme cold.
Environment Canada has blowing snow and a wind chill near minus 36 in the forecast for today, which brings the risk of frostbite.
With that in mind, Frost Regina says the downtown hub in Victoria Park is closed on Sunday. The Ice Tower Burning that was initially scheduled for Sunday was moved up to 5:30 Saturday night.
