Snowfall advisory issued as 10-20 cm of snow expected

Fresh out of the Extreme cold warning, we have a snowfall advisory for much of southern Saskatchewan.

A weather system from Montana will bring heavy snowfall to our area  starting tomorrow morning.

Snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm are expected, with light flurries continuing until early Thursday.

The snow may accumulate rapidly, potentially causing difficult travel conditions on highways, roads, and walkways. Urban areas could see significant impacts on rush hour traffic.

Authorities advise motorists and pedestrians to use caution and be prepared for delays. Drivers should plan ahead and monitor weather updates for the latest conditions.
