Having a quiet weekend is not a crime!
This weekend might find you on the road to Moose Jaw to enjoy the BKT Men’s World Curling Championship. Regulation play draws are at 9am, 2pm and 7pm. The Championship weekend draw times are much different. If you cannot find a ticket into watch the live action, the Original 16 Patch is a great spot to watch, meet curling fans and celebrate the game. Events take place at the Temple Gardens Centre, Moose Jaw.
The Downtowners Optimist Club’s 36th Annual Elmer Youck Wild Game Dinner is Saturday at Holy Trinity Parrish Hall. Dinner begins at 7pm. Money raised helps with the youth programming that the Downtowners Optimist Club supports in Regina including the Martin Bailey Day in the Park in June.
