All you need is a car, a buy in from your family and friends and some time to head just south of Moose Jaw for an affordable Sunday event. It is a walk into the past with such things as rope making, horse rides, tractor rides – where you are actually driving the tractor. There will be twenty-five cent ice cream, popcorn, cookies plus bread and jam, just like when your great grandparents were kids. Enjoy agility dog demonstrations and many other things that are all apart of the SUKANEN SHIP PIONEER VILLAGE & MUSEUM. There is lots of room to roam and run!
Family Day is this Sunday, July 19th. The gates are open 10am to 4pm and admission is just $2. per person. If you want to grab lunch, hot dogs & hamburgers are available. CASH ONLY!
The site has many activities throughout the spring, summer and fall. This event is second to last with the fall event being the Threshing Bee in mid September.
Listen in as Evan Davis has the details on what to expect. A Family Event that offers fun for young and old!
